✅ Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days after delivery.

  • Customers must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Original invoice or order proof is required for all returns.  

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

  • Personal care or hygiene products if the seal is opened

  • Customized or made-to-order products

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
